The meeting of Blossom Public School & Jr. College ( New) duly called and held on 29 th May 2025.Our school Principal Mrs. Vidhyut Sahare addressed the team on following

1 All the team  was welcomed   .

2 Teachers have been Congratulatedfor 10th  & 12 th  class  result and reviewed the same.

3. *School Timing*: The Principal emphasized the importance of punctuality and informed the teachers that school timing will be 7:30 AM sharp, effective immediately.

4 *Thursday Stay Back*: The Principal announced that every Thursday, teachers will be required to stay back after school hours for meetings, discussions, and planning.

5. *Pre-Sanctioned Casual Leaves*: The Principal reminded the teachers that casual leaves must be pre-sanctioned, and any unauthorized leave will be deducted from the teacher's leave balance or will be considered as ‘Leave without payment’. Three late marks will be considered as 1 LWP. Take leaves only for genuine reasons .

6 Uniform and Identity Card is compulsory to all.

7 *Rules and Regulations*: The Principal reiterated the importance of adhering to the school's rules and regulations, emphasizing the need for discipline and professionalism. Camera  installed on  every floar  for the security and safety of all.

8 Reopening Academic Session Preparation*:

    - *ACPP (Annual Curriculum Planning Process)*: The Principal informed the teachers that the new academic session will follow the ACPP as per the instructions of NEP 2020.She emphasized importance of lesson plan ,weekly plan  and inter disciplinary with expansion of our learning ,also explained values to be maintained in our daily teaching.

    - *IKS System (Integrated Knowledge System)*: The Principal introduced the IKS system, which includes Panchapadi, Daily Planner, and other tools to enhance teaching and learning. The Principal emphasized the need for teachers to familiarize themselves with these new systems and processes to ensure a smooth transition.

8 * Class room management* :Teachers were instructed to check their class room cleanliness and amenities available inside .

*Action to be followed- Teachers to adhere to the new school timing and Thursday stay-back schedule.

1.Teachers to submit pre-sanctioned casual leave request .Avoid over writing, wrong dates .

2. Inform your leaves to your respective Coordinator for your workload adjustments without fail.

3. Only two times in a month you will gate passes .The timing must be ONE hour only.

4. Teachers to familiarize themselves with the ACPP, IKS system, and other new processes. Prepared and submit ACPP to your subject HOD’s

5.Be disciplined & strict with students as to maintain smooth working.
